Philosophy of schools

Qiyuan education philosophy was originally and clearly pointed out nationwide in 2004;
           and it's a Chinese-and-western combined and internationally advanced education theory.

                     “Touch their hearts;Teach what they need.”
                  
Listen to students’voices, teach what their dispositions need; make them think of learning as a happiness of lifetime;

Listen to social voice, teach what its requirement needs; make the talents be the hope of the human being;

Listen to universal voice, teach what its nature needs; make the life be the eternal of the human being;

 

“Touch their hearts”

“Touch their hearts” is derived from the western humanistic education thoughts. We voice that teachers are expected to respect children’s subjective personality and be good at listening to children’s inherent requirements. We observe and discover the children behaviors and respect and inspire children’s inborn untamed nature and flexibility, and master and apply children’s nature and culture. We believe that the children belong to the nature, owning the abilities of spontaneous learning and learning from others. All teachers are expected to have the quality of learning, insight and profession and have the love and ambition for the children and education.
 

“Teach what they need”

“Teach what they need” is inherited from the scientific thoughts of
Chinese ancient great philosopher-Lao-tzu and educator-Confucius who
pointed out “follow its nature to teach”, “teach students in
accordance with their aptitude”. It focuses on people, adheres to
children’s mind development rules and children’s multi-intelligence and
personality development rules while teaching, and follows the artistic nature
of education and “moderation” rules. Education is expected to adapt to social development need, and follow the order of nature and universe while teaching harmoniously.
