Qiyuan International Primary School adheres to the educational concept of “Touch Their Hearts, Teach What They Need”, in order to highlight the “internationalization” feature, cultivate students’ interest in learning English, improve children’s oral communication skills and audiovisual abilities, and show their children self-expression. To increase self-improvement opportunities, the school organizes students to participate in English contests every semester, develops their children's oral English expression skills and application skills, enriches their children's leisure life, and enhances the good atmosphere of English learning on campus. In the course of the competition, children's interest in English learning can be greatly stimulated, thereby enhancing their enthusiasm for learning English.

       In the National Primary and Secondary School English Tests (NEAT) test in January 2018, Qiyuan International Primary School students once again achieved excellent results! Nearly 280 students signed up for the exam, 73 received the A certificate, 164 received the B certificate, and 35 received the C certificate.

      In this contest, 88 students were enrolled in our preparatory level competition. 30 students including Huang Yunqian, Meng Keying, Hou Jiaqi, Hu Zhixun, Liu Zhenni, Chen Yixuan, Zhu Qiyuan, Huang Jiyuan, and Lv Ziyu etc. received the A certificate. 51 students including Wei Zihan, Ding Meixuan, Chen Kexin, Ma Bingqian, He Chenxiang, and Li Ziqi etc. received a Class B certificate. 7 students including Fu Kaibo, Shi Yike, and Li Yulin etc. received C-level certificates.

      There were 55 first-level contest applicants, Wang Zhe, Yang Ziguan, Peng Manqing, Zhang Yongchun received A-level certificates. 43 students including Yue Wenxi, Wang Shengxi, Fang Shimeng, Zhang Luwen, Chen Sitian, Ye Xinyi, and Mao Zhenghang etc. received a Class B certificate. 8 students including Wei Shaohan, Wang Ziman, Xu Xin, and Dong Guanbo etc. received a C-class certificate.

      There are 74 candidates for the secondary contest, and  12 students including Zhu Yanbo, Zhao Lianmeng, Shi Yiran, Chen Yixin, and Tian Feifan etc. received grade A certificates. 44 students including  Di Yichen, Zhang Shiqi, Hai Xinyang, Yuan Ankang, Cao Shuanghao, Xu Ting, ZHAO Qiyuan, DAI Shuchang, MAO Yun, WANG Yihan, Li Xingyao, Zhang Zihan and others received a Class B certificate, and 18 students including Li Haolun, Gao Qihang, Li Zhihong, Jing Puzhen, Niu Xinjie, Shao Shuai, Liu Sifan, and Sun Chang etc. received C certificates.

       Three-level competition registration of 55 students, Chen Zui, Liu Zishuo, Sun Haoqiang, Qu Yihan, Zhou Enxin, Luo Lexiyu, Li Yunan, Zhao Zixuan and other 27 people won the A-class certificate, Tian Bingkun, Wang Jiaxin, Shen Zhan, Xiao Songyi, Wang Yingying, 26 people such as Zhang Qilong and Shen Jintao received a Class B certificate, and Qiu Meihui and Chen Guanyu received a C class certificate.

         The winners of the National Outstanding Teacher's Award for English Language Learning Tests Liu Chang, Zhou Jing, Hu Xue, Qi Zhangjing, Ma Juan, Tian Jingjing, Sun Caihong, Zhang Yan, Wang Li, Wang Zhongrui, Song Shuang, Cui Jiali, Wang Jingjing, Chen Yingxuan and the others teacher. They use their rest time to conduct several pre-entry training sessions for the participating students to help their students broaden their knowledge and improve their skills and problem-solving skills. After training, the children have achieved very good results in the competition!
