Meet "Brazil"

  There are many different people and countries in the world. Each country has its own unique culture.The Sea Lion Class of Qiyuan Rui Da Joy Fish International Kindergarten conducted the theme Meet“Brazil”.Children actively and happily experience vivid and diverse activities and feel the charm of Brazilian culture.

 

Activity 1: Go into Brazil
  To carefully observe and carefully look for Brazil on the globe, to know Brazil’s position on the globe, to know Brazil’s national flag, national emblem, and national flower in the form of games, and to grasp the basic characteristics of the Brazilian flag, national emblem, and national flower.


Activity 2: Brazil Football
  Firsthand experience , play together, and feel happy. The children, led by their teachers, play football together and learn about football. They know that football is the most famous sport in Brazil. In the course of the game, the children follow the rules, do not push and wait, and fully embody the good habits of Qiyuan children.
 

 
Activity 3: Famous Buildings in Brazil
  Collect and view videos,photos and materials,discuss the characteristics of Brazilian architecture, and learn about the statue of Christ as a representative of Brazil'sbuildings.Children boldly imagine and work together to build buildings from their hearts.

 Activity 4: Brazilian Chocolate
  Learn to make chocolate yourself and taste the results of your own work.It's sweet and psychological.During the making,the children learned about the origin of chocolate,and also learned that Brazilians like to use chocolate to receive guests. At the same time penetrating learning English words related to making chocolate...


Activity 5: Parenting Time
  The parents accompanied the children to participate in the activities. The parents and children experienced the fun of the Yale curriculum. The pure English teaching method allowed the parents to see the child’s growth and the improvement of the oral English expression ability.

 Through a series of lively and interesting activities in "Brazil", the children learned about Brazilian culture from a perspective, experienced the joy of studying together with peers and parents, and fully mobilized and encouraged young children to actively explore, experience, and learn. The interest has made the teaching activities full of passion and vitality.
